Women are Watching Has Broad Reach

This week, the Planned Parenthood Action Fund launched Women are Watching, its campaign and website to educate, engage, and activate supporters across the country for the 2012 elections. 

Cosmo.com immediately dubbed Women are Watching, “The New Site Every Woman Needs to Visit.” 

And women are watching.  The launch of the website helped vault the number of supporters on Planned Parenthood Action Fund’s Facebook page way over the 200,000 mark.

Immediately following the resounding defeat of Mississippi’s “personhood” ballot initiative, Planned Parenthood Action Fund’s post had already received over 4,538 likes on Facebook, and more than 600 supporters shared it with their networks.

In short, Women are Watching is the new go-to site for women voters to get political information.
