National Volunteer Appreciation Week 2024 takes place from April 21-27, 2024. Each year, we celebrate National Volunteer Week to recognize the contributions of our incredible volunteers. National Volunteer Week was established in 1974.
We want to express our deepest gratitude to each and every person who donates their time and talent to Planned Parenthood Action Fund of the Pacific Southwest. From making phone calls to legislators to registering voters in their communities, our Action Fund volunteers are the backbone of our advocacy efforts. You amplify the voices of millions who believe that all people – regardless of race, gender identity, sexual orientation, immigration status, or ability – have the right to the health care they need and deserve.
Thank you for fighting alongside us, until all people have the right, access, and autonomy to decide what is best for their health, lives, and futures.
Your contributions go beyond individual actions. You create a powerful movement that educates the public, holds lawmakers accountable, and ultimately, protects access to critical health care services. Because of you, countless individuals have the power to make informed decisions about their bodies and futures.
