Testify in Support of Provider and Patient Protection (H.B. 5424)

The Public Health Committee has raised House Bill 5424 An Act Prohibiting Adverse Actions Against Health Care Providers for Providing Certain Health Care Services that will have a public hearing this Wednesday, March 13 at 11:00 AM. This bill will protect health care providers who offer medically accurate information and counseling to their patients and provide health care in line with the accepted standard of care for their patients facing pregnancy complications. We must ensure that heath care providers do not face disciplinary action for providing quality care and accurate information to their patients even if the health care institution has a religious or conscience refusal policy.

Will you join us and testify in support either by written or by Zoom? Sign up today and we'll give you the resources you need with a guide on how to submit a powerful testimony!
