3.3 Million and Counting: Obamacare Enrollment by the Numbers

Great news! With each and every day, more and more individuals are getting access to affordable health care with Obamacare (not to mention the millions of women who are already benefitting from access to preventive care with no copay). Yesterday, new numbers were released showing that as of February 1 nearly 3.3 million individuals have signed up for affordable health care under the law.
And it’s working for young people too: the percentage of new enrollees who are young adults increased from 24 percent to 27 percent. As enrollment continues to go up, and the number of uninsured continues to go down, one thing is very clear: Obamacare is working.
