The Community Action Fund is the political arm of Planned Parenthood of Orange and San Bernardino Counties. It's an independent, nonprofit, and nonpartisan organization dedicated to protecting and expanding individual rights to reproductive choice and access to family planning, including abortion.

FY 21/22 Annual Report
The Supreme Court may have decided to overturn the constitutional right to abortion, but as the progressive leader in Orange and San Bernardino Counties, the Community Action Fund (CAF) will not back down. The Community Action Fund is standing strong, and we will continue that fight at all levels of government to maintain California’s status as a reproductive freedom state.
