Brian Farkas is a voice for our community, and an experienced leader who brings people together to solve the problems we all face.
As a legislator, Brian will support Medicaid expansion, which would provide an additional 13,000 Pitt County residents with health care while bringing in over $100 million in revenue to the County by 2022.
Brian will also prioritize criminal justice reform and equity. He supports reducing barriers to reentry after incarceration, restoring funding to drug courts, and creating alternatives to juvenile detention.
Additionally, Brian will ensure that voters choose their representatives, not the other way around. He’s for an independent redistricting committee and will fight to expand voting rights so that every voter is able to cast their ballot.
