To this day, Trump brags about paving the way for state abortion bans, and if he is re-elected Trump and his allies will eliminate access nationwide — with or without Congress.

They will take their assault on our health care even further with attacks on birth control and fertility treatments like IVF. 

Trump only cares about winning — and he’ll say and do anything to get elected. You can’t trust his campaign statements, but you can trust his record on abortion. He’s proud of his role in overturning Roe. He’s tried to defund Planned Parenthood. And he’s said that abortion patients should be punished. 

Donald Trump has created the abortion access crisis we face right now and is responsible for every abortion ban and every patient who is suffering. 

But this November WE DECIDE.

Joe Biden is the reproductive rights champion we need.  Biden understands that no politician is more qualified to make decisions about your health than you and your health care providers. 

When Trump’s Supreme Court overturned Roe, Joe Biden immediately took action: to protect patients in need of emergency abortion care; defend medication abortion in the courts; protect reproductive health privacy; ensure abortion access for people serving in the military; and more.

Joe Biden and a pro-abortion rights majority in Congress will fight to pass a law that restores the right to abortion nationwide and protects abortion providers. 

Abortion is on the ballot in 2024. We must elect a president who will use the full force of the office to protect abortion access and fight for our right to control our own bodies, lives, and futures. 

The future of reproductive freedom depends on stopping Trump — and keeping Joe Biden in the White House.
