We Can’t Trust Kelly Ayotte

No matter what Kelly Ayotte says, her record is clear. New Hampshire women just can't trust her.

We Can’t Trust Kelly Ayotte

Kelly Ayotte believes politicians, not women, should have the right to make decisions about abortion.

As a U.S. Senator, she supported a national ban on abortion, and she even opposed universal access to IVF treatment.

[H.R. 36, Vote 268, 9/22/15; Union Leader, 6/21/24]

Her record of infringing upon women’s rights to bodily autonomy doesn’t stop there. While in Congress, Kelly Ayotte voted four times to defund Planned Parenthood and voted against two separate amendments which would have restored funding for Planned Parenthood.

[H.R. 3762, Congress.gov, 12/3/15; Vote 329, 12/3/15 - S. Amdt. 2885 to S. Amdt. 2874 to H.R. 3762, Congress.gov, 12/3/15; Vote 314, 12/3/15 - S. Amdt. 2876 to S. Amdt. 2874 to H.R. 3762, Congress.gov, 12/3/15; Vote 311, 12/3/15 - S. 1881, Congress.gov, 7/28/15; Vote 262, 8/3/15 - H. Con. Res. 36; Congress.gov, 4/14/11; Vote 60, 4/14/11 - H.R. 1, Congress.gov, 2/19/11; Vote 36, 3/9/11]

Pledge to vote for New Hampshire candidates who support bodily autonomy and access to abortion for all people.
