Planned Parenthood files suit to stop anti-abortion law

INDIANAPOLIS - Planned Parenthood of Indiana and Kentucky, with the assistance of the ACLU of Indiana, filed a complaint on April 7, 2016 with the U.S. District Court Southern District of Indiana, asking the court to block enforcement of HEA 1337.
