Because state politicians have the power to strip Iowans of their bodily autonomy, abortion is on the ballot. Iowans' reproductive freedom is on the ballot via our votes for the state legislature. We must elect reproductive freedom champions to the legislature to rebuild our sexual and reproductive health care infrastructure and create a better future for all Iowans.

These candidates are with the majority of Iowans and share an ongoing commitment to ensuring Iowans have access to the full range of reproductive health care, including safe and legal abortion.
