“Although we celebrate this temporary win, we know that true access to abortion care has not been fully restored. The courts within Ohio have a responsibility to ensure draconian laws do not infringe on the rights of our residents. Access to health care is a fundamental right and banning abortion puts the lives of all pregnant people at risk. We will not rest until all Ohioans have access to abortion care and have the right to make their own decisions about their body, health and future.
