In response to the end of the 2021 Missouri Legislative session, Planned Parenthood Advocates in Missouri released this statement:
"It’s 2021 and the Missouri Legislature is still trying to block patients from getting birth control, which jeopardizes the entire Medicaid program. On top of that, they chose to disregard the will of the people, refusing to fund Medicaid expansion in an attempt to defy the Missouri Constitution. Good riddance." - M’Evie Mead, Director
