Disability Advocacy & Organizing Program

Everyone deserves equal access to comprehensive reproductive health care, but due to stigma and systemic ableism, the sad truth is some bodies are treated differently than others.

As a trusted provider of sexual and reproductive health care for more than 100 years, Planned Parenthood knows firsthand how important it is for every BODY to have access to essential health care like cervical cancer screenings, wellness exams, birth control, STI testing and treatment, and abortion care.

Together, we can create a more accessible Planned Parenthood, connect with and support disability rights organizations in Illinois, and work together to address the intersections of reproductive health care and disability.
