3 Ways to Take Action in Minnesota After the U.S. Supreme Court Decision

The U.S. Supreme Court has overturned Roe v. Wade in its decision in Dobbs v. Jackson Women's Health Organization. This has eliminated the federal right to abortion and endangered the health of millions of Americans by putting abortion rights in the hands of state legislatures.
Abortion is still legal in Minnesota today, thanks to the state constitutional protections for abortion care established by Doe v. Gomez. But the Court’s ruling strikes a shattering blow to the right to access abortion in the United States.
Minnesota is not immune to attacks on abortion. Just this spring, a bill to ban all abortions without any exceptions for rape, incest, or life of mother was introduced in the Minnesota House of Representatives.
We must stand together and claim our power to make clear that Minnesotans need abortion access. We are united in our fight to protect safe, legal abortion in our state.
Here are three actions you can take right now to stand up for abortion rights in our state.
