On Tuesday, September 5, the Trump Administration rescinded DACA (Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals), a program that provides temporary relief from deportation to undocumented immigrants who arrived in the country as children.
This decision is morally wrong, reckless, and puts DACA recipient’s lives in jeopardy. Not only does rescinding DACA recklessly sow fear and panic in immigrant communities, it leaves immigrant youth vulnerable to deportation and separation from their families.
We will not stand by and let immigrants be stripped of their rights. We are prepared to stand alongside our partners to fight back against hate and discrimination. DREAMers are a part of the Planned Parenthood family — and we will fight for their safety and protection, no matter what.
Fight back NOW to protect immigrant youth.
