For far too long, these behaviors have been brushed aside and ignored. Sexual assault and harassment are completely unacceptable and should never be tolerated, or turned away from, in any setting including the workplace. Perpetrators of sexual assault and/or harassment must be held accountable for their actions. We all deserve to feel safe and respected in our workplaces.
