We're not going back.

Ever since the U.S. Supreme Court overturned Roe v. Wade, states have the power to ban abortion, taking away people’s ability to control their own bodies and giving that power to politicians. Minnesota lawmakers have protected the right to abortion, but politicians that oppose individuals making their own decisions about their bodies are just a few votes away from being able to ban abortion in our state.

Legislators should not be able to deny a person reproductive health care. Every Minnesotan should get the health care they need, including abortion care, without politicians controlling when, where, or why.

The right to make our own personal health care decisions is on the line. But we have the power to secure our rights.

Vote for candidates who will protect safe and legal abortion up and down your ballot.

Kamala Harris for U.S. President

Vice President Harris’s record on protecting our reproductive freedom—including abortion—is unquestionable. When Roe v. Wade was overturned, Vice President Kamala Harris stepped up to be a fearless, unapologetic champion for reproductive freedom in the midst of a public health crisis. For the past two years, she has traveled across the country, hosting nearly 100 events, to sound the alarm on the attacks against abortion rights. She was the first vice president in history to visit a Planned Parenthood health center.1 Her leadership shaped the Biden-Harris administration’s response to the loss of a fundamental right, keeping the needs of patients at the heart of her work.2

Tim Walz has been a champion for reproductive freedom for decades—first as a congressman, then as Minnesota's Governor. In January 2024, he toured the St. Paul Planned Parenthood health center where abortions are performed,1 and he accompanied Vice President Harris when she toured Planned Parenthood in March.2 As Governor, he signed legislation protecting Minnesotans’ right to make their own individual decisions about reproductive health care without interference from politicians3 and made sure Minnesota providers and those coming to Minnesota for abortion or gender affirming care are protected from prosecution from other states.4

A Bold Plan

We’re not going back. Planned Parenthood champions have a bold plan to protect the progress we've made and secure reproductive freedom for all—no matter who you are, where you live, and how much you make. We must elect champions that support safe and legal abortion to protect our rights.

We believe no one is free unless they control their bodies, lives, and futures.

We decide our futures. We decide the leaders we trust to defend our rights and freedoms.

Pledge to Vote for Planned Parenthood Champions

We have a chance to elect candidates that will fight for safe and legal abortion for our state and for the nation.

States across the country are decimating access to abortion, birth control, and IVF. We can’t take the right to abortion for granted. It could happen here. We must elect leaders who support the right of every person to make decisions about their own body and will work to protect our rights.

Pledge to vote for sexual and reproductive health champions up and down your ballot by November 5!
