Governor Noem Signs Medication Abortion Restrictions Into Law

Sioux Falls, SD— Today, Governor Noem signed a bill into law that further restricts abortion access in South Dakota. HB1318 limits medication abortion and includes language that is currently under injunction by the courts. Even after signing, the bill will not go into effect until the court case is resolved.
