SB 2340/ HB 2126 Sen. Rosalyn Baker ACA Codification

This bill ensures certain benefits under the federal Affordable Care Act are preserved under Hawaii law, including: extending dependent coverage for adult children up to age 26; prohibiting health insurance entities from discriminating against those with preexisting conditions; and prohibiting health insurance entities from increasing premiums for women.
