Planned Parenthood Texas Votes engages in electoral activity, legislative advocacy, grassroots organizing, and leadership development to promote and protect the mission of Planned Parenthood affiliates in Texas, today and in the future.

Legislative Advocacy

We operate as the public policy hub for Planned Parenthood in Texas. We engage in the legislative process to advance the mission and operations of Planned Parenthood health centers in Texas.

Community Organizing

We work with affiliates to identify opportunities for community activation and execute statewide strategies that develop and engage supporters and volunteers to advance issues relating to reproductive health, rights and justice.

Leadership Development

We train the next generation of reproductive health leaders by increasing the political engagement and understanding of volunteers. Our organizers across the state work closely with volunteers to cultivate their skills and create opportunities for them to lead campaigns so that we have a skilled pipeline of committed community-based leaders who can sustain and expand Planned Parenthood's political, advocacy and organizing work.
