As part of a long-term plan to deny your right to make decisions about your own body, Arizona lawmakers are playing politics and deliberately sowing chaos and confusion around the state's abortion access.

This is why it’s vital that voters like you turn out this election season to elect candidates who will secure, protect, and expand abortion access in our state.

Maricopa County Attorney

Julie Gunnigle

Instead of wasting taxpayer resources to enforce abortion bans, Julie Gunnigle will use the power of the county attorney’s office to protect the most vulnerable, including children, women, and seniors.

Rachel Mitchell

Rachel is anti-abortion. She refused to speak out against the state’s attempt to enforce a ban from 1864– which would subject doctors to prison time for providing abortion. Instead of using the power of the county attorney’s office to protect Arizona’s most vulnerable, Rachel would consider penalizing doctors for providing safe medical care.

Take Control: Commit to Vote

The Supreme Court didn’t act alone when it overturned Roe. Well-funded anti-abortion rights politicians made it their mission to take away our rights.

Politicians hostile to reproductive rights, including many lawmakers on the ballot in November, have engaged in a decades-long, coordinated effort to control our bodies and our futures.

I pledge to use my voice and my vote this November, because I want to Take Control. When we all show up, we can take back  power to control our bodies, our lives, and our futures.
