Resources for Volunteer Leaders

Have 5 hours a week to create the world you want to see? Being a Planned Parenthood Votes Volunteer Leader is the most effective way to fight for sexual and reproductive freedom and ensure that we kick Donald Trump and Mike Pence out of office.

Here’s everything you need to get started.

3. Schedule a Coaching Call

Find 30 minutes to connect with your own personal coach. We will match you with one of our volunteer coaches or staff to walk you through the process to organize your own Action Call.

Book a session here.

4. Register Your Team Online to Get Started

Brainstorm 5, 10, or more people who can join you to contact voters this year and help win this election. Invite your network to join your team.

5. Organize a Weekly Action Call

The key to winning this election cycle is contacting voters in key states to make sure they are registered, get their ballots, and get out to vote. Every volunteer leader's priority is to recruit the people you know to make calls, send texts, and contact voters in key states through a weekly Action Call.

6. Build Your Team

All of the work shouldn’t fall on a volunteer leader’s shoulders. Use our Action Councils toolkit to help recruit co-leaders, and empower your friends and neighbors to have a bigger impact.

7. Read This Week’s Action Call Guidance

Use up-to-date materials to make sure your work has the biggest impact:
