Legislators determined to ban abortion have introduced multiple laws attacking abortion access in Nebraska including a “trigger law” that would ban abortion in Nebraska if the federal right to abortion is overturned by the U.S. Supreme Court.

They are now trying to pull LB 933 out of committee to fast track a full floor vote.

In a moment you’ll be connected with your state senator. Tell them to oppose LB 933.

What to Say (Call Script)

Hi, my name is __________, and I live in ___________.

I'm calling to ask my senator to vote NO on bills 781, 933, and 1086 if they get to the Senate floor.

The majority of Nebraskans support safe, legal abortion. [Add your own story, if you like.] Nebraskans deserve the ability to make private health care decisions that are best for their unique circumstances. I do not want politics interfering in anyone's right to control their reproductive health and their future.

These bills are dangerous political attacks on our health and our rights. I urge you to carefully consider the impact any decisions or actions regarding these issues will have on Nebraskans' health, lives, and equality under the law.

Don't ban our health care.
