DENVER, CO – Planned Parenthood Votes Colorado (PPVC) is proud to announce their endorsed candidates for the 2018 midterm elections.

“From day one, the Trump administration has sent a clear message to women. Now is the time for our response,” said Vicki Cowart, President and CEO of the Planned Parenthood of the Rocky Mountains Action Fund. “PPVC endorses and works to elect candidates who trust women to make their own health care decisions, and these candidates exemplify that value. Now more than ever, we are thrilled to endorse candidates who will work to make sure Colorado remains a state with safe, accessible sexual and reproductive health care, including abortion care.”

“PPVC will work hard to make sure these reproductive rights champions are elected this November,” said Molly Swank, Director of Community Engagement. “In 2016, our activists and volunteers knocked on almost 37,000 doors and made almost 26,000 phone calls. The stakes couldn’t be higher in 2018. When PPVC asks, our supporters act. People across the country will be counting on us to make sure Colorado remains a safe haven for reproductive rights. With the power of pink, we’ll be fighting alongside our endorsed candidates to turn the Senate pink, keep the House pink, and keep Colorado pink this November.”
