House Bill 2007 strips life-saving health care from transgender and nonbinary teens and youth in West Virginia.

The bill would ban gender-affirming health care from anyone under 18, even with parental consent. Mountaineers deserve to make health care decisions that are best for their bodies. We must ACT NOW to fight back against this attack on the LGBTQ+ community.

Call Governor Justice right now and demand he VETO HB 2007!

What to Say (Call Script)

Hi, my name is __________, and I live in ___________.

I'm calling to ask Governor Justice to VETO HB 2007.

HB 2007 strips life-saving health care from transgender and nonbinary teens and youth in West Virginia. Mountaineers deserve the right to make health care decisions without government interference, and our LGBTQ+ youth deserve to feel welcomed in our state - not harmed by our elected officials. Gender affirming care is life-saving care.

Please VETO HB 2007.
