WHEN: The hearing will commence on Thursday, May 2, at 9:30 a.m. and the speakers will be available following the hearing.

  • Kyla Eastling, Staff Attorney for Planned Parenthood Federation of America representing the plaintiffs
  • Susanna Birdsong, General Counsel for Planned Parenthood South Atlantic
  • Vicki Ringer, South Carolina Director of Public Affairs for Planned Parenthood South Atlantic
