The Reproductive Freedom Act

Everyone should be able to receive the care they need and plan their families without barriers, fears, or interference from others. Help us protect and expand everyone’s ability to receive reproductive health care, such as birth control and pregnancy-related care, including abortion, by supporting the Reproductive Freedom Act in New Jersey.

PPAFNJ Op-Ed: "This Roe v Wade anniversary, we urge legislators to provide more access to reproductive health care"

To mark the 49th anniversary of the Roe v. Wade decision, PPAFNJ board members Roslyn Rogers Collins and Cory Neering penned an op-ed to continue our call for true, meaningful access to the full range of reproductive health care for all New Jerseyans.

About the Reproductive Freedom Act (S3030/A4848)

Stand with Planned Parenthood to support the Reproductive Freedom Act in New Jersey.

When people can make decisions that are best for their lives, families thrive and we build communities where each of us can participate with dignity and equality.

Yet politicians in other states are racing to push reproductive health care out of reach. It is time for New Jersey to step up and ensure that everyone who needs care is able to access it with dignity and respect.

The Reproductive Freedom Act (S3030/A4848) supports our vision in three key ways:

  • The Reproductive Freedom Act explicitly ensures New Jerseyans have the right to make their own personal health decisions when it comes to birth control and pregnancy-related care, including abortion.
  • The Reproductive Freedom Act makes certain that financial barriers do not prevent anyone from making their own personal health decisions when it comes to birth control and pregnancy-related care, including abortion.
  • The Reproductive Freedom Act expands access to birth control and pregnancy-related care including abortion by breaking down medically-unnecessary restrictions that right now only serve to block access to care.

Join Planned Parenthood supporters today, and help pass the Reproductive Freedom Act to protect and expand access to birth control and pregnancy-care, including abortion, in New Jersey!
