Inaugural Title X roundtable to kick off series of conversations with lawmakers

TRENTON, NJ – On Wednesday, March 20, 2019, at 11 a.m., Planned Parenthood Action Fund of New Jersey will host a roundtable discussion on the harmful impacts of the Trump-Pence administration’s new Title X gag rule. This event is part of the kickoff of the national “Protect X” campaign to raise awareness about the dangers of the Title X gag rule that threatens New Jerseyans access to birth control, STI testing and other essential reproductive health care.

The Protect X campaign is mobilizing women’s health advocates to fight back against the Trump-Pence administration’s efforts to block access to reproductive health care. The series of roundtable discussions will allow New Jerseyans across the state to have conversations with lawmakers so they can share their concerns about attacks on women’s reproductive health and rights.
