TRENTON, NJ – Planned Parenthood Action Fund of New Jersey (PPAFNJ) issued the following statement today from Jackie Cornell, Executive Director of PPAFNJ, praising Governor Murphy for maintaining reproductive health funding streams in his proposed FY25 budget:

Jackie Cornell, Executive Director of PPAFNJ:

“In states like Alabama and Texas, people are being stripped of their freedom to decide if, when, and how to become a parent. Here in New Jersey, Governor Murphy’s proposed budget protects reproductive freedom and continues to make New Jersey a national example. We applaud his commitment and celebrate today’s proposed budget as further progress in strengthening access to reproductive health care.”
