About the Bill Package
Everyone deserves the ability to make their own personal decisions about their bodies, families, and lives, and access the health care services they need.
The Reproductive Freedom and Health Equity Bill Package is a set of nine bills that protect patients and providers, support bodily autonomy, and proactively codify existing regulations and practices in reproductive health care.
Through this bill package, New Jersey can be prepared for the future and fortify our rights for generations – protections which cannot be erased by a state election or an extremist Court.
