Campus Activism

Join Planned Parenthood Generation Action! Planned Parenthood Generation Action is a movement of young people across identities and issues that organizes with, by, and for their generation in order to achieve reproductive freedom.

PPGen Action advocates for access to non-judgmental, confidential reproductive health care from birth control to STI testing and treatment to cancer screenings, educates young people on sexual health, and creates lasting change in local communities and campuses.

PPGen student groups organize and speak out for reproductive health and freedom across Wisconsin. Activities include:

  • Condom Packing Parties (for PPWI's health center condom kits)

  • Menstrual Product Drives

  • Menstrual products education and awareness campaigns

  • Sexual and reproductive health trivia nights

  • Let’s Talk about Contraceptives information tables

  • New student welcome and student org fair outreach tables

  • Participation in VP Kamala Harris's Reproductive Freedom Tour Rally

  • Halloween, Winter, Valentine’s Day, St. Patrick’s Day themed events

  • Valentine’s Day condom grams fundraisers

  • History of Planned Parenthood presentations

  • Pledge to vote outreach events

When you organize and work with other students on your campus to take action for reproductive health and freedom, you have a force that's more powerful than if you work alone. Planned Parenthood Generation Action also serves as:

  • A leadership opportunity on campus
  • An opportunity to learn about community organizing
  • A forum to discuss ideas
  • A venue to learn more about reproductive and sexual health

Planned Parenthood is a recognized leader invested in and committed to transformative youth engagement.
