Brett Kavanaugh will sit today before the U.S. Senate for his confirmation hearing. Donald Trump has made clear that his Supreme Court nominee would “automatically” overturn Roe v. Wade, the landmark Supreme Court case that affirmed the constitutional right to access abortion in this country. Both Scott Walker and Leah Vukmir want to ban all abortion and have rushed to support Brett Kavanaugh’s nomination.

“Brett Kavanaugh’s nomination to the Supreme Court has put the ability of a woman to make her own health care decisions on the line. This is not hypothetical in Wisconsin. If Roe v. On Roe: Walker supports abortion bans even in cases where the woman is the victim of rape or incest.
