When you hear about volunteering for Planned Parenthood, you probably think of things like phone banking, canvassing, lobbying and rallying to show your support. These are all great ways to give back to Planned Parenthood, but there are plenty of other ways to help out!

We like to have our volunteers work on projects that utilize their skills –even ones that might seem unconnected to Planned Parenthood, like carpentry.

Matt Brunsvold, a volunteer from the area, has been a supporter of our work in the state. He recently donated his time and energy to work on a project in our office: adding shelving to our break room for all of our Planned Parenthood swag!

Volunteers who are willing to do things like this, that make our day-to-day work a little easier, are highly appreciated. Thank you, Matt, for giving us a hand.

If you’ve ever thought about volunteering with us here in North Dakota, be sure to apply! No matter what your talents are, we can always use your help!
