Stand with Planned Parenthood

The stakes have never been higher: Planned Parenthood could be "defunded" and millions could lose the health care they rely on each year, with people of color, those with low incomes, and folks in rural areas most affected.
The Senate is the next stop for the American Health Care Act, and they could vote as early as Wednesday this week! We're still fighting to keep Planned Parenthood health center doors open for 2.4 million patients and we need your support now, more than ever. Now is the time to step up and double down. Here are three ways you can take action today:
#1 Contact Senator Hoeven
Call 202-804-8210 to call U.S. Senator John Hoeven. Let him know you expect your Senators to vote against any attacks on Planned Parenthood and the vital health services they provide.
You can also use this slick tool to connect with Senator Hoeven www.istandwithpp.org/call.
#2 Defend Health Care
Attend the Pop-Up Health Care protest in front of Senator Hoeven’s Fargo office this WEDNESDAY! Give your time to defend Planned Parenthood, the health services they provide, and the people who rely on them — in what just may be the fight of our lives.
#3 Get Prepared
If this bill passes the Senate, it will eventually make its way back to the House for a vote.
Get out your phone, program U.S. Representative Kevin Cramer’s number into your contacts, and pledge to call them every single day to demand they stand up for Planned Parenthood.
#4 Contact your friends in key states
Click these links to see what Facebook friends you have in key states like Indiana, Alaska, Arizona, Maine, Nevada, West Virginia, Wisconsin, Ohio, or Michigan. (If you're not on Facebook, just email the message below to any friends or family in states like these.)
If you're on your phone, tap the Messenger icon next to each person's name to send them a message. If you're on your computer, click the down arrow and "Send message."
Here's a sample message you can use:
Hey -- hope you're good! I'm writing because of where you live. As you may know, one of your U.S. senators may end up being a key vote as Congress attempts to block millions of people from getting care at Planned Parenthood. I'm a big fan of PP, and if you haven't already, I hope you'll call the Senate to tell them to protect PP health centers:https://www.IStandWithPP.org/call
