In 2022, PPTV saw the fall of Roe, abortion banned in Texas, and concentrated attacks on Planned Parenthood health centers. These attacks have disproportionately impacted black women, black queer people, and black families. We know it is important to center voices that are most marginalized and credit the language of reproductive justice to those champions who paved the way. That is why we are proud to start our Black Feminist Book Club!
The purpose of this book club is to create space for Planned Parenthood supporters to explore reproductive justice, politics, and pursuit of happiness through a black feminist lens.
