House Bill 3774 – Abortion Ban

This bill would ban abortion in almost all circumstances, with very narrow exceptions. This is a crusade to make South Carolina a forced-birth state. This bill puts politicians in control of private health care decisions, robs people of their bodily autonomy, and endangers their lives.

Last Action: Passed House Judiciary Special Laws Subcommittee; Sent to full House Judiciary Committee.
