This June marks one year since the Supreme Court made the unjust decision to overturn Roe v. Wade and the federal right to abortion. Almost immediately, we saw anti-abortion lawmakers enforce bans and restrictions that impacted millions of individuals - forcing them to travel thousands of miles to receive care or force them to carry their pregnancy to term. For these extremists, the Supreme Court’s decision and access to abortion was only the beginning as they continue to find ways to attack our personal rights and liberties.

But what they still have not realized is that we have not and will not back down from this fight. Amongst these bans in a post-Roe world, we also saw proof that anti-abortion extremists are not, and never will be, the majority. Everywhere where abortion was on the ballot this past November, access was protected. We will continue to stand up in defiance of this ruling and push back everywhere and anywhere we can.

We invite you to stand in solidarity and defiance of one year since the Supreme Court’s unjust ruling

Join us as a uniting force for the United for Our Rights weekend of action in Redlands on Friday, June 23 from 6:00-7:30 p.m. for a line of inspiring speakers and performers, and in Santa Ana in partnership with the OC Pride on Saturday, June 24 from 12:00-6:00 p.m.

These events are open to everyone who stands for reproductive rights and will be peaceful family-friendly gatherings. No hate speech or inappropriate behavior will be tolerated.

For more information about these events and to RSVP or sign up to volunteer, please visit BansOffAbortion.org.
