Planned Parenthood Great Rivers Action (formerly Advocates of Planned Parenthood of the St. Louis Region and Southwest Missouri) is not just taking action to achieve reproductive freedom in the greater St. Louis area and Missouri Ozarks, but throughout the region. Like the rivers that run through our region and beyond, we are committed to fighting with and for people near and far who believe in a better future for themselves, their families, and their communities.     Missourians voted to end Missouri’s total abortion ban. What’s next?

    Missouri voters passed Amendment 3, the Right to Reproductive Freedom Initiative — officially rejecting Missouri’s total abortion ban and enshrining the right to abortion, birth control, respectful birthing conditions, and more in the Missouri Constitution.

    Planned Parenthood Great Rivers (PPGR) and Comprehensive Health of Planned Parenthood Great Plains now provide procedural abortion again in Missouri. But medication abortion access is still blocked in our state, and we are fighting to change that.

    We need you with us in the fight ahead as anti-abortion politicians continue working to undo our vote to protect reproductive freedom. Take the pledge to defend our rights.
