    Missourians voted to end Missouri’s total abortion ban. The fight’s not over yet

    In 2024, Missouri voters passed the Right to Reproductive Freedom Amendment — becoming the first state to overturn a total abortion ban at the ballot box, and enshrining the right to abortion, birth control, respectful birthing conditions, and more in the Missouri Constitution.

    Planned Parenthood Great Rivers (PPGR) and Comprehensive Health of Planned Parenthood Great Plains now provide procedural and medication abortion again in Missouri.

    An abortion ban, a new Amendment 3, is on the ballot again in 2026. We need you with us in the fight to protect reproductive freedom.
