Planned Parenthood Great Rivers Action (formerly Advocates of Planned Parenthood of the St. Louis Region and Southwest Missouri) is a 501(c)(4) nonprofit organization that engages in education, lobbying, and organizing activities. We work on public policy in Missouri and Illinois to protect and advance access to sexual and reproductive health care.

Planned Parenthood has been a trusted health care provider for more than 100 years. We know firsthand that access to reproductive and sexual health care is critical to the health and well-being of women, men, and young people — and we have to come together to create the future we deserve.
