Born After Roe is a reproductive health advocacy group that welcomes new and ardent supporters of Planned Parenthood Action Fund into a safe space for education, conversation, and action. Born After Roe holds free events for the next generation of Planned Parenthood supporters – those born after the Roe v. Wade Supreme Court decision legalizing abortion.

Past events have dug deep into issues such as the Supreme Court Hobby Lobby v. Burwell decision, abortion stigma, and sex education for adults. We’ve held trivia nights, hosted Bingo games during Presidential debates, and have invited state legislators to join us for a town hall on reproductive rights. At each event attendees will learn more about the fight to secure reproductive freedom for all and will have the opportunity to take action and get more involved.

Our Born After Roe steering committee member Jenny Moeller puts it well, “Born After Roe events are a place to learn, connect, and ask questions… it's about raising awareness and making a difference. It's a place to sit down and talk to people your own age. Often access to reproductive healthcare is taken for granted and it's something we don't talk about. It is amazing to have a space to do that.”

Does this sound like something you’d want to be a part of? Email [email protected] to receive updates on future events.
