It’s National Volunteer Week and we’re celebrating the amazing work that our volunteers and community leaders do every day to protect and expand access to reproductive and sexual health care. Join us in celebrating our volunteers and their incredible dedication to protecting access to reproductive rights and health care that Planned Parenthood patients count on!

Volunteers help elect Planned Parenthood champions, fight for pro-Planned Parenthood legislation, defend against attacks on access to sexual and reproductive health care, educate and engage the public around the work that Planned Parenthood does, and more. During the 2018 election alone, our volunteers spent almost 2,000 hours talking to voters and completed more than 640 volunteer shifts. The critical advocacy work of the Planned Parenthood Action Fund would not be possible without our volunteers. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

The work of volunteers isn’t exclusive to elections. Year-round, each year, Planned Parenthood Action Fund volunteers are advocating for change in our communities.

For National Volunteer Week, we’re celebrating the grassroots volunteers who power Planned Parenthood and Planned Parenthood Action Fund by sharing their stories.
