The COVID-19 pandemic continues to spread, but legislators are proceeding as if it’s business as usual.
Just last week, the work of the entire House of Representatives was put on hold because of a COVID outbreak among members and staff. Friday, Senator Andrew Koenig confirmed he has tested positive after spending the week maskless and in close proximity to colleagues and staff.
Missourians should not have to choose between our health and our democracy. While some House committee hearings will be livestreamed, that is not enough. Sign the ACLU of Missouri’s petition demanding lawmakers provide a meaningful virtual option for the public to safely participate in hearings on the 1200+ bills that have been filed so far.

RSVP for Jan. 29 MeetingRoe's 48th Anniversary: Donate to Support Abortion Access and Advocacy
Friday, January 22 marked 48 years since the Supreme Court decided Roe v. Wade and protected the right to safe, legal abortion. But we know that for too many Missourians, abortion access depends on their income, race, and zip code. Right now, Reproductive Health Services of Planned Parenthood of the St. Louis Region (RHS) is the only health center providing abortion in Missouri. Together, we are working toward a future where abortion is accessible for all!
In honor of Roe’s 48th anniversary, will you donate to support abortion access and our advocacy work?
