Trump's recent pick for Supreme Court justice, Judge Brett Kavanaugh, means our constitutional right to access safe, legal abortion on the line. Trump promised to appoint justices who would “automatically” overturn Roe v. Wade — and Kavanaugh will tip the balance away from our constitutional right to access abortion and to be free from discrimination.

The Trump administration seems to think the Supreme Court can be used as a machine to push its extreme ideological agenda through. But they underestimate us.

We need to fight back – and we need to fight back now. Many of you have reached out to ask “Can I make a difference to #SAVESCOTUS even though I live here in Massachusetts?”

Our answer: YES.

Here are a couple of ways you can help safeguard reproductive rights and push back against the Trump administration’s efforts to roll back our health and rights:

1. Thank Senator Warren and Senator Markey

Both of our U.S. senators have pledged to reject Kavanuagh’s nomination to the Supreme Court and have denounced President Trump’s efforts to use this nomination to restrict abortion access. Let’s make sure our senators know we appreciate their unwavering leadership!

Thank Senator Warren and Senator Markey for vowing to reject Kavanaugh's nomination and ask them to keep urging their colleagues to join them in doing the same.

2. Take action in another state (without leaving your house!)

We’re holding virtual phone bank shifts where you can dial in, make phone calls, and connect Planned Parenthood supporters in target states with their Senators. Encourage these supporters to share their personal stories to their Senators about why this Supreme Court nominee matters.

3. Help elect local reproductive health leaders to the MA State House

With the 2018 elections right around the corner, we have the opportunity to elect bold, new leaders to the Massachusetts State House – and kick out dangerous local politicians who push harmful legislation that undermines reproductive rights and abortion access right here in the Commonwealth.

Now, more than ever, we need to ensure that Massachusetts protects the right to safe, legal abortion - no matter what.

Learn more about our local endorsements – and how you can get involved in electing reproductive health leaders in your own backyard.

4. Text SCOTUS to 22422

Want to do more? Text SCOTUS to 22422 to receiving breaking text message updates on future ways to keep resisting, keep fighting back, and keep protecting our health and rights here in Massachusetts and across the country.
