The Issues We're Fighting For

The nationwide loss of abortion access following the Dobbs decision is a public health crisis.

Massachusetts has some of the strongest reproductive health protections and best health care institutions in the country, and that means we have an urgent role to play in the national access landscape.

The Planned Parenthood Advocacy Fund of Massachusetts and its grassroots supporters are a powerful presence on Beacon Hill pushing for greater health equity for all people across Massachusetts. We're fighting for measures that will improve maternal health outcomes, expand access to abortion and other sexual and reproductive health care, and eliminate systemic and racial inequities so that all Massachusetts residents can lead healthy lives.

OUR LATEST VICTORY:
Expanding Abortion Access and Provider Protections

In the wake of Roe v. Wade being overturned, we acted quickly to protect reproductive health and gender-affirming care providers and to make abortion and other sexual and reproductive health care more affordable and accessible.
