2024 Candidate Questionnaire 

Candidates: Fill out the questionnaire here to be considered for a candidate rating. 

In partnership with Planned Parenthood Empire State Acts (PPESA), Planned Parenthood Hudson Peconic Action Fund (PPHP Action Fund) is asking 2024 candidates to fill out this questionnaire to inform PPESA's Reproductive Health Scorecard. The rating scale (0-100%) will educate voters about both incumbent and non-incumbent candidates’ positions on issues affecting Planned Parenthood health care providers and the patients they serve. 

All New York candidate scores will be posted on PPESA's website. Candidates running in districts within Westchester, Rockland, Putnam, and Suffolk counties will be posted on PPHP Action Fund's website.

Questionnaire responses, which will not be published, will be used to inform PPESA's candidate ratings, alongside candidate interviews, voting and leadership records (if applicable), and public comments. The rating scale is intended to educate New Yorkers about candidates' positions on sexual and reproductive health and rights.
