WASHINGTON, D.C. — Planned Parenthood Votes Executive Director, Jenny Lawson, released the following statement calling out GOP presidential candidate Donald Trump for his latest attempt at saying what he needs to say to get back into power.

“Trump ‘went too far’ when he paved the way for the U.S. Supreme Court to overturn Roe v Wade, banning abortion in 21 states, and now Arizona, and counting. He’s trying to hide from his anti-abortion record because he knows it will cost him the election. But we’ll make sure voters know the truth. He is responsible for the Arizona abortion ban, just as he is for every other ban across the country. Make no mistake, he will ban abortion, IVF, and birth control nationwide if given the opportunity — with or without Congress.”
