Thank you for your email. I am out of the office for the remainder of the day because I’m joining the Bans Off Our Bodies Walkout. At 4 p.m., workers across the country are leaving work to support reproductive rights and abortion providers.

The Supreme Court’s decision to overturn Roe v. Wade handed politicians the power to control our personal medical decisions and dictate what happens to our bodies and our futures. From decades of research, we know that a person’s access to comprehensive reproductive care — which includes abortion — is directly linked to their ability to participate fully in the workforce, their earnings potential, and their professional success.

We won’t back down.
