If You Do One Thing This Week

This week is one of the most important in Planned Parenthood’s 100-year history. Why? Because anti-abortion members of Congress are threatening to “defund” Planned Parenthood, and they’re all back home on recess. During this time, a slew of reproductive rights advocates showed up and pinked out their representatives’ events.here’s still time in the #ResistanceRecess to show your leaders in Congress you stand with Planned Parenthood! If you do one thing today, RSVP to an in-person event near you.

More Time? Do These Two Things!

From pink shirts to protest signs to the floor of New York Fashion Week, Planned Parenthood supporters never cease to surprise us with the bright, diverse, and creative ways they show #IStandWithPP. Check out how people across the country are showing they stand with Planned Parenthood.

Oklahoma state legislator Justin Humphrey introduced a bill that would require women to get written consent for their abortion — and when asked why, he said

“I understand that they feel like that is their body...what I call them is, is you’re a ‘host.’"

Defender of the Week

Our star defender of the week: Megan D. (30, CA) is passionate about gaming — so when she wanted to step up for Planned Parenthood, it only made sense for her to spearhead #Play4PP, a 24-hour gaming marathon supporting Planned Parenthood. She and her community of gamers have already raised over $13,500, and they’re still going strong in the run up to the marathon in March. Thank you Megan for your passion and dedication to supporting and protecting Planned Parenthood!
