Texas Voter ID Law Disenfranchises Women Voters

Last night, Cecile Richards joined Lawrence O’Donnell on MSNBC’s The Last Word to discuss a new law in Texas that is disenfranchising women, making it harder for them to vote.
It is not a coincidence that at the same time elected officials are limiting women’s access to reproductive health care, they are also limiting access to the ballot box in an attempt to keep women from changing the face and gender of those who make the decisions.
