Category: Attacks on Planned Parenthood
Extreme politicians want to shut down Planned Parenthood health centers. This is the biggest battle we have ever faced – and we need you with us. Say you stand with Planned Parenthood.
A new Congress was just sworn in — which means we are entering the most dangerous moment in Planned Parenthood’s history. That’s saying a lot given the immense fights Planned Parenthood has faced over the last 100 years.

Why Planned Parenthood is Under Attack Like Never Before
The federal government is now in the hands of extreme lawmakers who have tried for years to ban abortion and shut down Planned Parenthood health centers. Their attacks are just a part of a larger, extreme agenda to ban abortion entirely and cut women off from care. They now have the power to make their dangerous agenda a reality. And they are are dead set on blocking 2.5 million people a year from accessing care at Planned Parenthood health centers.
You heard that right: If extreme politicians succeed, millions will lose the care they rely on each year — with people of color, those with low incomes, and folks in rural areas most affected.
Without the promise of a presidential veto, there’s only one thing that can stop this destructive agenda: Us. You, me, and millions of Planned Parenthood supporters locked arm in arm. Our voices have never been more important – and we need to get loud now.
Raise Your Voice Right Now, When It Counts
Join me and send one simple, clear message — the one we need: I. Stand. With. Planned Parenthood.
By signing on, you’ll add your name to this letter that we’re sending to every single member of Congress:
To: Members of Congress
I stand with Planned Parenthood.
Shutting down Planned Parenthood would deny millions of patients access to cancer screenings, birth control, HIV testing, and more.
I will not let that happen. And neither will the millions of Americans who stand with me. We will fight like hell to stop you. With words, with actions, with dollars. With everything we have. We will not back down. Not ever.
I stand with Planned Parenthood, and for reproductive rights for everyone.
I stand with Planned Parenthood, and with the 2.5 million patients a year who come to Planned Parenthood for care regardless of their zip code, income, sexual orientation, race, religion, gender, or country of origin.
I stand with Planned Parenthood, and for communities that often have no other affordable health care. Twenty-one of counties where Planned Parenthood health centers are located would have no alternative should the health centers close.
I stand with Planned Parenthood, and for every person’s fundamental right to affordable quality health care, the right to plan our families and our futures, and the right to protect our health and our lives.
I stand with Planned Parenthood. I fight with Planned Parenthood. I support those who stand with Planned Parenthood.
I am one of the majority of Americans who overwhelmingly stand with Planned Parenthood, and I strongly oppose these attacks now and always.
With your signature, you’re telling Congress that you’re a part of the majority of Americans who oppose blocking patients from care care at Planned Parenthood health centers.
We Won’t Back Down
It's going to take all of us standing together to defend reproductive health and rights in the face of this latest attack. And that solidarity is already happening: Since the election Planned Parenthood supporters have stepped up in some amazing ways, donating their time, money, and resources to prepare us for the battle to come. Now that battle is here — and I’m ready to fight like hell.
